Vivo will officially unveil the X70 lineup on September 9, and it is believed that the lineup will be composed of three smartphones – the X70, X70 Pro, and X70 Pro+.
However, the company hasn’t provided any additional information or technical data regarding the devices for the moment, but they have just confirmed that the X70 range will include a 2K E5 display plus a punch-hole selfie camera.
It’s not yet known if all of the devices will come equipped with the 2K E5 screen, but we can safely assume that the Pro+ version will include one.
While we wait for the company to confirm additional gizmos about the devices, the three devices have just received certification by TENAA, an official Chinese certifying authority, with the codes V2132A V2133A, and V2145A.
In the meantime, a mockup version of the X70 was released for case manufacturers to use.
To put it simply, it wouldn’t do the smartphone justice to call it sleek.
It looks so neat and high quality that you could swear it is one of Samsung’s latest products.
On the rear side, you can see the big, rectangular camera module, with the ZEISS logo, alongside a significantly-sized flash.
The rear side features a metallic finish, and we can’t wait to get our hands on it.
The base device is believed to be powered by a 2.8 GHz octa-core chipset, with the top-tier version featuring a 3GHz processor paired with 6GB RAM with options of 8GB and 12GB.
As for the storage, the leaks suggest that the device will be available with 128GB, 256GB, or 512GB for the top-notch device.
The device will feature a 6.56″ FullHD+ AMOLED screen, Android 11, 4320 mAh battery capable of fast charging, with an in-display fingerprint scanner and a 32MP selfie camera.
The rear camera module includes a 40MP unit and two 12MP shooters. Also, 2x optical zoom is featured, and 8K video recording is enabled.
