Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 8 is still running, but many of us are already wondering when it will end and when Season 9 will air.
Season 8, also known as Cubed, brought back the strange Kevin the Cube and a sleek new phenomenon dubbed the Sideways, an alternate dimension full of annoying Cube Monsters. Other things include the return of Punchcards and some brand new exclusive skins and crossovers.
But, when does Season 9 start? Is there actually a Season 9?
We’ve compiled a great list of everything you need to know, including a possible release date for Season 9, the Battle Pass price, and more.
Fortnite Season 8 End: What to Expect?
Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 8 is expected to end on December 5, 2021. The current Battle Pass will expire on that date, meaning we might get a new one and a new season (fingers crossed).
Well, there’s also a chance that Epic Games will delay the end date, but that could only happen if they don’t have everything ready for the next season.
Fortnite Season 9 Possible Release Date
Fortnite Season 9 is expected to air on December 9, 2021. Based on what we’ve experienced before, that is the best we can say.
To recall, the last downtime has lasted throughout the night and the following day. But, any delays could also push back the arrival of Season 9.
Fortnite Season 9: What Do We Know So Far
There aren’t any leaks or rumors at the moment about the next Fortnite season, but one thing we can safely assume: the current takeover of the Island will finally come to an end.
Maybe we’ll finally get that Naruto crossover or a Spider-Man skin in the Battle Pass.
We can hope for many things, but until Season 9 kicks in, everything is possible.
Fortnite Season 9 Battle Pass
The Battle Pass in Season 9 will likely cost us 950 V-Bucks. And if you don’t have enough money, the smallest bundle of 1,000 V-Bucks could cost you around $7.99.
