Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 2 added tons of cool stuff, including tanks and a sleek Armored Battle Bus, and it also brought the Jetpacks back! Thanks to the recent update, this method of transport is now available, but you’ll need to find it first.

Jetpacks Locations in Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 2
Finding Jetpacks in Fortnite is relatively easy! Just go inside an IO Blimp and look for a Jetpack along the walls. You’ll find one quickly, as they’re usually next to the doors.
But, you can also find IO Blimps with Jetpacks inside them, which is really cool, at these landmarks:
- Tilted Towers
- Condo Canyon
- Command Cavern
- Rocky Reels
- Coney Crossroads
And if you’re willing to spend some cash, you can buy a Jetpack from various NPCs around the island! How cool is that?
Unfortunately, we don’t know which NPC sells Jetpacks, but we’ll soon be able to find that.
Finding a Jetpack might be easy, but do you know how to fly one?
How to Fly a Jetpack?
After you’ve come across a Jetpack, you’ll need to fly with it. But how can you do that?
Any Jetpacks collected will go straight to your loadout, so you can quickly fly one by jumping into the air and pressing the jump button again. Then, hold the button as much as you want to keep yourself floating.
What’s best with Jetpacks is that they don’t need to be equipped to use them. That means you can easily switch between your weapons and go with your match, battling enemy players while flying.
