SyFy always comes with the greatest ideas, and their shows are 10/10. But there is one that stands out, and that is Wynonna Earp. It is a must-watch definitely, but is season 5 happening anytime soon?
The story is simple: a young woman returns to her hometown, named Purgatory. She has to face her fears, even if she doesn’t wanna go home. She is the demon protector, and she is also the eldest of her generation, the only person who can use Peacemaker to confront the demons and the ghosts. Of course, when she gets back, people don’t really like it, and neither does her sister, Waverly. But in four seasons, everyone has done a lot of growing, and now we’re waiting for the fifth season to make its appearance.
All we know about Season 5
SyFy has canceled Wynonna Earp during the middle of the fourth season. We soon learned that the final episode of the season was actually the series finale. There will be no Season 5. But some streaming services are currently working on saving the show, so there’s still hope.
The show had a great audience, and the problem stood in money. After filming Season 3, there was a financial problem, which led to the delay of Season 4. Fans thought there wouldn’t be a Season 4 because of these money problems, but we did get an amazing final season. As of now, we are waiting to see if a streaming service provider will want to continue the work of SyFy. It would be a shame for this show to end like this, so fans are keeping their hopes high.
