The MIUI 13 upgrade, which is based on Android 12, is now being sent out to the Xiaomi 11i and 11i HyperCharge, which were released in India in January with the Android 11-based MIUI 12.5E operating system. Although Xiaomi has not given a comprehensive changelog for the update, users can anticipate that it will include all of the standard features and improvements seen on other Xiaomi devices that run Android 12 with MIUI 13 on top.
Both the Xiaomi 11i and the 11i HyperCharge are the same phone. However, the Xiaomi 11i HyperCharge has a larger battery and a faster charging rate. The 11i has a battery capacity of 5,160 mAh and supports a charging current of 67W, while the 11i HyperCharge has a cell capacity of 4,500 mAh and supports a charging current of up to 120W. The 11i HyperCharge weighs in at 204 grams, which is three grams less than the standard 11i.
The rest of the specifications on both smartphones are the same. This means that whichever one you choose to purchase, you will receive the same features, including the Qualcomm Snapdragon 920 system-on-a-chip (SoC), the 6.67-inch 120Hz FullHD+ AMOLED screen, and the triple camera setups on the back, which include 108MP primary, 8MP ultrawide, and 2MP macro units.
Both smartphones provide front-facing cameras with a resolution of 16 megapixels, which can be used for taking selfies and making video calls. In addition, the fingerprint readers used for biometric verification are positioned on the side of the devices.
MIUI 13 improvements
In comparison to MIUI 12.5, MIUI 13 provides a number of performance enhancements. With the MIUI 13 Global release, Xiaomi promises a better user experience with increased efficiency and customizability. Faster storage, more efficient background processes, better processing, & extended battery life are just a few of MIUI 13’s highlights.
