In spite of Xiaomi’s decision to delay the introduction of the Xiaomi 13 series, new information regarding the Xiaomi 13 and Xiaomi 13 Pro continues to emerge on the internet. The Xiaomi 13 is said to have the thinnest display chin of any existing phone, including the Xiaomi 13 Pro, and a new launch date has been rumored for later this week. The Xiaomi 13 is expected to be released in China.
Even though Xiaomi has delayed the unveiling of the Xiaomi 13 series, the firm is continuing to tease information about its upcoming flagship smartphones in China. The event was originally scheduled to take place last week. It appears Xiaomi has now shifted its focus to demonstrating the displays of the Xiaomi 13 and Xiaomi 13 Pro, which the company had left open to interpretation up until this point.
The display of the Xiaomi 13 is nearly bezel-free and completely flat, as can be seen in the images provided below. As per @UniverseIce, the Xiaomi 13 boasts the “narrowest chin ever,” which might refer to either the bezel on the device or the space between the bezel and the mid-frame. If that turns out to be the case, then this would put the Xiaomi 13 in a better position than the Xiaomi 13 Pro, which features a curved display.
In contrast to the majority of other recent smartphones, the Xiaomi 13 looks to have a top bezel that is more substantial than a bottom bezel. In addition, Xiaomi has also confirmed that the Xiaomi 13 utilizes an AMOLED display manufactured by Samsung. This display is capable of producing output at 1080p, 120 Hz, and up to 1,900 nits depending on the circumstances. In comparison, the Xiaomi 13 Pro is rumored to have an AMOLED display with 1440p resolution and 120 Hz refresh rate.
Both of the Xiaomi 13 series devices have been uploaded to the firm’s Tmall eCommerce portal, which suggests that the business is getting ready for the release of the two smartphones. Even while Xiaomi has not yet provided official confirmation of a new launch date, there are rumors that the new date will be on either December 7 or December 8. Pricebaba claims that each model will be offered a total of four memory capacities once it is released.
