It was only two days ago when we spoke in a recent article about the release date for the upcoming Xiaomi 13T and Xiaomi 13T Pro. Both devices will come out in early September, and now it’s time to learn more about the pricing for the Pro version.
Unfortunately, we’ll have to rain on your parade by informing you that the price for the Xiaomi 13T Pro will be higher than expected. The information was spotted by Notebookcheck on Amazon UK, which means that there’s no use in having doubts.
Xiaomi 13T Pro will cost £100 more than the predecessor
The new leak informs that those who will be willing to get their hands on the upcoming Xiaomi 13T Pro will have to spend £100 more than how much the predecessor Xiaomi 12T Pro cost at its launch. However, it’s the same price difference that was available in the past between the Xiaomi 12T Pro and its predecessor, the Xiaomi 11T Pro model.
The basic Xiaomi 13T model is expected to feature an AMOLED display of 144Hz, a Leica camera, 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage space, and 5,000mAh of battery power accompanied by 67W for fast charging capabilities. In other words, the Pro version cannot be anywhere lower than that, which means that we have plenty of strong reasons to wait for the release of the two phones.
However, there’s plenty more time to wait until September 1, when the upcoming Xiaomi device comes out, which means that there’s still time for surprises to occur. Therefore, you should sit tight and don’t rush over to your bank account already.
Surely the new information regarding the Xiaomi 13T Pro will rock the boat for some folks, but let’s face it: it would have been absurd for such a phone to be as cheap as chips.
