Xiaomi is soon expected to introduce the Mi 11 Lite in India, as the device got teased by the company’s CEO on Friday via a tweet.
The device will expand the Mi 11 series, and it will be a budget/entry-level smartphone.
The Mi 11 Lite can be purchased in both 4G and 5G variants in other countries, but an India Today report suggests that the company will only bring the 4G version of the device in India.
It is rumoured that it would have a price of only Rs 25,000 in the country. It is arguably close to the Rs 29,999 Xiaomi Mi 11X, which has 5G connectivity.
Xiaomi’s decision to launch only the 4G Mi 11 Lite in India already has a Mi 11-series 5G devices in the country.
Additionally, the 5G Mi 11 Lite costs EUR 399 globally (approximately Rs 35,500), which would overlap the price of the Mi 11X.
The Mi 11 Lite would be launched with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 732G chipset.
The 5G Mi 11 Lite features a Qualcomm Snapdragon 780G.
They are both available with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage.

The Mi 11 Lite 4g will be equipped with a 6.5-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate, 500 nits of peak brightness and HDR10+ support.
